Telehealth, a modern healthcare solution, involves therapists utilizing HIPAA-compliant technology to establish video calls with you via your internet-connected devices, including cell phones, tablets, computers, and laptops. This advanced approach extends its utility to encompass the provision of both assessment and treatment services.

In situations where clients cannot be physically present, telehealth services step in as a viable alternative. Through telehealth, you and your therapist can engage in meaningful conversations while seeing each other, all facilitated by internet-connected devices and dedicated video chat applications. To ensure the effectiveness of these sessions, we strongly encourage your participation from a private, disturbance-free location. Just as in traditional in-person sessions, you have the option to invite a friend or family member to join the session if it brings you comfort.

During your telehealth session, your therapist will be situated in a private, secure environment, equipped with audio and video-capable devices. Prior to each session, our therapists diligently verify the functionality of the equipment to guarantee optimal communication, ensuring that both you and our staff can effectively hear and see each other, resulting in a seamless therapeutic experience.

Domestic Violence Group (Spanish/English)
  • 26-Week program covens once a week, each session is two hours, consisting of one hour of group sharing and one hour of domestic violence psychoeducation.

  • Participants receive four one-hour individual sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of the concepts discussed.

  • We offer hybrid sessions, combining Telehealth and Face-to-Face options.

Our comprehensive program is specifically designed to empower and educate victims about the impact of domestic violence on family and children.

Breakthrough Parenting® Group: (Spanish/English)
  • 26-Week program designed to teach advanced parenting techniques.

  • Each class is two hours long and includes one hour of group sharing and one hour of parent training.

  • Participants receive four one-hour individual sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of the concepts discussed.

  • We offer hybrid sessions, combining Telehealth and Face-to-Face options.

Our Breakthrough Parenting® Group is a transformative journey that equips parents with the skills and knowledge to navigate the joys and challenges of raising children. Join us in building stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships within your family.

Batterers' Intervention Program (Spanish/English)
  • 52-Week program convenes once a week for two hours, making it accessible and accommodating for participants.

  • Participants engage in a comprehensive curriculum that explores the origins of abusive behavior, the dynamics of family violence, and the specific impact of intimate partner violence.

  • The program emphasizes strategies and insights essential for preventing the reoccurrence of domestic violence within the family.

  • Participants are required to successfully complete the program and fulfill its demands to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to build healthier, violence-free relationships, fostering safer and more harmonious family environments.
